The Complete Quinceañera Flower Checklist
1. El Ramo — the Quinceañera's Bouquet
The centerpiece of every photo. Most quinceañeras choose a bouquet that matches their dress color exactly — we ask for a photo or fabric swatch so the match is perfect. Roses are the classic; many girls add butterflies, pearls, rhinestone accents, or a cascading style for drama. This is the one piece to never cut corners on.
2. Ramo para la Virgen
If the celebration includes a misa, tradition calls for a second bouquet — the ramo para la Virgen — which the quinceañera presents at the altar of the Virgen de Guadalupe during the ceremony. It's usually simpler than el ramo, often in whites or the Virgen's blues and creams. Families tell us this is the most emotional moment of the day; the flowers should honor it.
3. Flowers for the Corte de Honor
Damas typically carry small posy bouquets or wear wrist corsages in the theme color, and chambelanes wear boutonnieres. Count your court early — a full corte of 14 adds up, and we price court flowers as a package so it stays reasonable.
4. Centerpieces for the Reception
Ten to thirty tables, depending on the venue. Options range from tall elevated arrangements for a dramatic ballroom look to lush low designs that let guests talk across the table. 5. Arch and Ceremony Flowers

- 6-8 weeks out — finalize colors, centerpiece counts, and the corte list.
- 2 weeks out — final confirmation call. Table count changes are still fine here.
- Day of — we deliver el ramo and personal flowers in the morning and set up the venue before your guests arrive.
